By using Popshots, you agree to these terms. We provide a platform to collect and display guest photos for events like weddings, birthdays, and corporate gatherings.

2. Payments & Refund Policy

• Payments: All payments are processed securely via PhonePe.
• INR Pricing: Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes.
• Refunds: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if requested within 7 days of your event date if you are unsatisfied with the service.

3. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos and videos uploaded to your event. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host and display this content privately for your event guests and for your own downloads.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the content uploaded to your event is appropriate. Popshots reserves the right to remove any illegal or highly offensive content reported to us.

5. Plan Limitations

Each plan (Free, Pro, Bigshot) has specific limits on photo count, video support, and storage duration. Exceeding these limits may require an upgrade to maintain full functionality.
